If you're logged into your Arc Analytics account, you'll see a little chat bubble in the bottom-right corner. That's the quickest and easiest way to reach out to us! There's no need to wait for a response because our replies will be emailed to you as well.

We respond to every email sent to our team. Since we're based in Canada, there may be a small delay due to timezones.

You can type /arc-feedback in the message box to send a message and we'll respond to you with an email (sadly, we don't respond directly inside Slack).
